I have just bought a new laptop with Windows7 and am having problems logging on to Tesco.com finance website - it will not let me log in, saying Mozilla Firefox is not supported by their website. However I used it on my previous laptop all the time (which ran on Vista) with no problems. I have run a diagnostic and it confirms its an incompatability problem but I cannot fix it. Can anyone help? Thanks

It may be that a recent update to Firefox 3.6 update makes this incompatibility. Just use the "Coral IE Tab" addon. It allows you to use an embedded IE.

("IE Tab" WAS the best, but now does not work with 3.6)
I have to use it on BOC website, as they, too say that Firefox is unsupported .. ridiculous really! : )

Thanks Albag,s I tried your link and downloaded the add-on no problem, but it still isn't working. I suppose I can still use IE to open the website but I'd rather stick to Firefox. Any other suggestions? You are right, its crazy thant this problem even exists! Thanks.
that's unusual then .. Have you tried IE?
Are you sure you have cookies enabled (or cleared out old ones?)
Sometimes you can get duff ones that prevent logging in.

It works fine with IE but clearing cookies doesnt help with Firefox, which is my preference. I guess I'll just have to tesort to using IE for that Particular website. Thanks anyway.
