How can I get this printer to print larger than a pinhead when copying a document off the screen. Used to be OK but now I need a magnifying glass to read . Desperate for an answer I have tried all I can .

Not sure what application you are using to print but In the top left hand select File and then Print.... have a look at the printer properties, on any of the tabs (on mine it's the Page Setup tab) is there a "Scaled" option selected which is a really low percentage?
