Hi guys I have this box connected to my non digital dvd recorder but it keeps going into SAVE ENERGY mode after a couple of hours after I have set it to record a prog,any ideas how to cancel this feature as I have looked all through the settings and cannot find it.

Have you tried to look throught paper manuals ???
It's because energy saving feature.
A solution for you (as it's written there), that you should program timer to switch on/off for required recording time.
