I have recently bought a windows 7 laptop, and when i want to down load an attachment from an email it asks for a product key. I say I don't have one (I press No) and it says I can use this facility 18 times without a product key. How do I get a product key ? My laptop doesn't have Word so I can't save any documents either. Is there a way around this ? I want to save the document I am trying to open in the email.

You need to buy office, the version you have is only a trial.

the home and student edition is fairly cheap (cheap compared to other versions that is)

thanks chuck, I don't really need it anyway - I can use Word on my desktop.
Open office is a free alternative to MS office and would enable you to open and modify documents on the move if you need to.
