Burning VCD with Nero

I want to burn a file to a VCD with Nero. The file is in the NTSC format (29.97 frames/s & 352 x 240 resolution) but now that I have added it to Nero in preparation for burning, Nero is saying that it is in the PAL format (25 frames/s & 352 x 288 resolution). Can anyone explain why this is happening?

Not sure as ive never done it sorry, but looking at Nero have you tried under the configuration / expert features there is an option there to enable all supported formats and possibly PAL is the default format?

PAL can't be the default format as the other files are in the NTSC format and stay so when added to Nero. Thanks for trying anyway.
