Moving data from windows to mac.....
2 Answers
My PC is almost dead, it needs windows to be reinstalled and I am loathe to pay for this to be done (don't have disk) when I have my Macbook to use.
All my data is backed up to Carbonite - but since I uploaded the backup using Windows they are unable to download it onto a MacBook.
Can I transfer the data myself? I am able to, sometimes, get my PC up and running for a short time. Then it freezes up and dies.
Is it a matter of sticking a wire in my laptop and my PC and hitting a button to import the data?

These posts appear to show that they are in 'sport' but I did actually post them in 'technology'.
Thanks
