I think most Real Player files end in .ra whereas windows will play most other file types.
If the two tunes have different endings (say .ra and .wav) when in Real Player, highlight all the .wav files and then remove them by using Control and X together.
This will cut them out of Real Player and save them to the Clipboard. You can then copy them from the clipboard into any other folder you wish so that you do not lose them.
You could then perform a similar operation in Windows and cut out all the .ra files.
Try it with only one tune first as a test run.
Hope this helps.

Did the duplication happen at one particular time? If so the files may all have a recent creation date. Try sorting the files by date and see if that separates out the copies from the rest.
Other possibility is to display the files as icons and size the window so that the various files line up as two columns. You can then lasso one set of the files and move them as suggested by Wak.
