excel query!

just wondered, if I have put a series of entries all with differant dates, is there something I can do to get excel to put them in chronological order for me? tia

Yes you can do a data sort. Click on the data box on the top bar, and ask it to sort whichever column you have entered the dates in.

PS sorry, forgot a vital part, you need to highlight the whole of the entries you have made first, otherwise it will just sort that single column and the dates won't match your text. Ooops!

Simple. Highlight all the relevant data the click on Sort by the column the date enries are in
