Hi all
Mr Rosiew is a little mutton jeff (deaf). When we have recorded something on the Sky HD box we have to have the tv up so loud. He says that it is the recording. Is there anything we can do to make the volume any better (apart from "turn it up, get an hearing aid, headphones etc". Would an amplifier make it any better, the sound on our Hitachi tv is fantastic. I must admit that some of the recording playback is shocking. Thanks in advance

My Sky+ Box had an option to adjust the volume level independent of the TV so that it was the same on the box or TV direct. Not sure about the HD box but have a look in the setup menu -audio
