How do you change a URL to text?

On a chatroom site if I want to say 'click here' where the word 'here' is actually a link to a UKL - The chatroom site has options to wrap code, wrap php or wrap quote or wrap htm around text if that helps.

Not all sites will recognise the relevant HTML code. The Answerbank, for example, used to but now it doesn't ('cos the techies changed the way the site works). However the old instructions haven't yet been deleted from the tutorial, so you can use that to see what to do elsewhere:

The option that you need to use is the wrap htm

For html links use this format <"a href="put your link here">Put the text here</a">

Remove the two quotes above, after the sign < and before the sign >
