Thanks for the warning - Like how you probably did, i found out the hard way. The number of warnings Adaware gave was staggering.

Thanks for this.  I have days of pain trying to remove this beast from my machine.  Ad-aware and spydoctor all had trouble completely removing it.  I eventually just made the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/Browser Helper Objects read only, then nothing can write to it and install itself into my brower.

It's a major pain.

If you want to remove this program from your system for good, you can download freeware from:
 
Under Software menu select:
Ad-Aware Personal
Once downloaded run the program and select Perform Full System Scan.  This will remove all Adware.  Good Luck......
