E-Bay

Does anyone else find they go round in circles trying to contact E-Bay.They have it well sussed.I bought but didnt receive an item and now find the seller is now not registered.On checking ID History they have operated under a few names.Surely they are dealing fraudulently but cant get throught to E-Bay to draw to their attention.Any ideas.Have tried the old E-Mailing and phoning bit but the answering machine is in Thai.I know I've been done.

If you used paypal, contact them. Always remember to look at the sellers feedback rating, if it a low number or alot of negative feedback try someone else. The low number may mean that they just joined e-bay, thats not nessesarily a bad thing but negative feedback is something to look out for. Just remember you are taking a gamble using these sites and they are not responsible if you get screwed.

Thanks for taking trouble to answer peanut.This seller was a power seller.I have been in contact with Paypal.I simply want to alert E-Bay to this scam but cant get through to them.This is more a point of principle now rather than the money so other people arent shafted by these crooks.
