I have the passenger list of the Titanic, but the trouble is they are on Lizardtech Djvu files.

How can I change these to open in Word or something similar?

I've never personally used it, but there is a program called DjVuLibre that might be able to do it - you can get it from sourceforge.
Please be aware that what you are trying to do is not an easy conversion. DjVu images are essentially photographs, not text documents (though some do contain "real" text, known as hidden text), so to get text out of them needs software that can recognize text within the pictures and convert it to real text. This software is known as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software, and OCR conversions are always a bit hit and miss. Good Luck!
Does the Djvu file contain any other info than is found here?...

Thank you Vagrant for your reply, if they are actual photographs of the pages in the passenger list log, would it then be possible to convert them into JPEGs?

Thank you also for your help ABerrant, yes it includes their occupations, ages, and from what port they embarked from etc.
If it can be done, DjVuLibre will probably be able to do it. Exporting as jpeg (or any other picture format) is much easier than converting to text - however, DjVu files have a complex structure, so it's difficult to predict the likely success.
