When discussing the fact that someone has done deliberate and repeated criminal damage to my property by stealth (unseen), someone suggested that there is continuous recorded satellite surveillance of the country (UK). The point being that there is a prime suspect but no evidence. If such recordings exist (I am inclined to doubt it), how does one go about getting access to them - does anyone know ?
