I have just bought a Lexmark X1100 printer/scanner.  I have tried scanning a photo to my own Hotmail account to test it out.  I followed the instructions really carefully but it won't complete the task.  The word Forbidden appears.

Would this be cos |'m Hotmail?  I have received photos before from other people.  Any idea what the problem could be.  I'm not a computer buff but the instructions seemed pretty clear to me.

Thanks in advance
