pak code

I don'tknow where to start.....got my new phone and contract all on new sim. I thought tmobile would just transfer details to my old sim. Anyhow I put old sim in straight away and now I need a pak code in order to keep my old number.....what do i do please??????????

contact the cmapny and they will either give for free or may charge you it depends on circumstances and companys

tmobile are not much help unfortunately. They say I have to put my old sim in another network's phone and get the code from there or something. I keep getting cheesed off with customer services, they transfer me to another department and then cut me off!!!

I've just moved from T-Mobile: just phoned up, asked for (and got) a PAC code, let new people know the code and it was all done in a couple of days. It's up to the user to transfer any contacts etc off their old SIM, though,
