Firstly I am not very good with computers and dont try and do anything too technical.
All of a sudden when I go into Outlook Express the bar that should be across the top which says CREATEMAIL/REPLY/REPLYAALL/FORWARD/PRINT/DELE
TE/SEND/RECIEVE/ADDRESSES/FIND

this no longer appears across the scene so I am having difficulty deletes unwanted messages and sending, I tried going through Tesco.net [ my provider] and that states NO MESSAGES which is incorrect I have about 14 that I cant delete.
How do I get the top bar back pls ?

Try view, toolbars on top of screen in Outlook. Sorry don't have Outlook so this is a guess.

Click on the view menu > toolbars and make sure there is a tick next to "standard"

At the top, click Message, click New Message, when e-mail is written click File then click Send Message.
