computer problem

when my husband turns on his pc all he gets is a page of literature telling him that the EES is turned off only way to escape is turning off I have no problm with my laptop

oh yes he has husband is a retired paramedic and his knowledge of computer language is nil so we have to get the chap in never mind eh
