I am trying to download Windows live messenger 11 on my pc but it comes up saying would i like to save the file and thats it no way to open and instal it
prev my conclusion is there isn´t a good browser

Save it somewhere you can find it (on the desktop maybe) and then double click the file to run it once it's finished downloading.
