i have a nokia 5230 and every time i try to clear my data counters (to keep on top of my usage) it says i can't do it because of an active data package. i have used the data management option and pressed cancel, but it still won't work. any ideas? mtia x

It usually won't allow clearance till you've used up a certain amount of data.Try waiting a bit longer,or maybe nearer to your billing time.You may be just attempting to do it at the wrong time-it does happen!
