nokia x6

i have a nokia x6 and are having problems with it.

1- internet stops loading and says error sohave to reload previous page again and this doesn't always work (does it frequently).
2- the built in sat-nav stopped working a few weeks ago and everytime you open it up it says error, connection could not be made. (i've updated the sat-nav as advised by nokia but no joy).

if anyone knows what would help i would be grateful.
