Help with Adobe Doc...

Iv got a form thats been filled out to ask for some Lottery Funding... they've sent it back so I can just add a couple of bits... but when i bring it up, its just got that little hand as a cursor and wont let me click on the text box's to put in additional info... am stressing coz the form is huge so starting a new one would take ages! Anyone know where I can make it 'live' or something so I can put in additional info....? ARGH!!! lol!

I assume it is a pdf file and is being displayed in Adobe Reader?

If so it is read only and cannot be updated.

Was the original created in word or some other word processor?

If you or someone else created the file they must have the original (BEFORE it became a PDF file) so have you got access to that.

no, I filled in this form and sent it, they've sent it back to me to add bits on.... so not in Word or anything... grrr i hate technology! lol

We had this at work with a lottery application. can you email them back explaining you can't amend the form, and ask if they can send a copy you can add to or if they will accept the additional info on another sheet / via email.
i think we may have phoned them to explain as well.

Yes, If you opened it directly from the e-mail it will be read-only.
You need to save the attachment, edit that, then attach it to your reply.
