Some strange goings on on my hotmail account in the last couple of days - even though i have not used it in that time
Old emails are being resent with exe attachments from rapidshare
I have lots of Delivery Notification failiures and i have a few requests for customer support to organisations i do not belong to -has my account been hacked?

Delivery notification s alone hardly every signify a hacking - spammers use real email addresses when they send out their spam to try to bypass spam traps etc.
However old emails being resent with attachments is more serious.

First things first - change your password immediately to something completely unguessable using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, symbols etc...

Might be best to close that account or download the mail you want to your computer and ignore the account, and open a new one.
Better still, open a gmail account. Some people say they have trouble with gmail but mine has been going for years and still no spam. If you can, use a foreign language for the password.
