iTunes file-sharing on a LAN

My computer is connected to a university halls network. I had previously been able to share iTunes libraries with others users on the network. Just after Christmas I had to re-install XP due to a virus infection, and now no other users appear in the menu on the left hand side of the screen, as they did before.

Any idea why?
