Please help lost taskbar?

Urgently need help - have lost refresh and back buttons google search etc Trying to get help with crossword last night realised no 'back' arrow or refresh button etc think have lost main task bar and need to restore I think AVG now default and Yahoo search. I am usually careful to untick Yahoo search when updating but keep it in box usually top right with other search engines

Right click on grey border above for pop-up window, tick features you want.

sorry pixi now have full screen and can't get out of that will switch off and try jaydah's info

that's not helping either all options relate to AVG - looked at system restore too but that seems to have changed it used to just offer suitable dates now offers a list of programmes including a windows update

Thanks back to normal seems it is status bar i lost now resolved though not entirely sure how I did it but can now proceed with my crosswords
