picture, phone>pc

When i try and move two picture from my phones memory card, to the pc, it comes up with all the usual transfer loading thing which goes away when complete, but I can't find them anywhere in my documents or pictures or anything, even if i've done it by copying them to said folders on my pc. And searching under recently changed documents doesn't show them either.

I havent done any for a while and can't think what i'm doing differently.
