could some one explain to me in simple terms
how to download ring tones

I don't understand why anyone would download a ring tone these days, especially as most places charge for them.

Pretty much all phones can use MP3 files as a ring tone and it's easy enough to cut out a section of any song you have as a MP3 or on CD and transfer that to a phone to be used as a ring tone for free.

go to http://www.zedge.net/ select your phone and download to your computer and then transfer to your phone via cable or bluetooth.
