Help needed with Virgin Media webmail

Help - again!

I am using Safari and pick up my emails via Virgin media webmail. Until a week or so ago it worked nicely.

However now when I forward an email with a picture in it the person that I am sending the email to doesn't get the picture - just the text.

I have looked at the settings and nothing seems to cover this, I tried the HELP on Virgin but found nothing. I haven't been tinkering with my settings - or not knowingly.

Can somebody point me in the correct direction?

I hear the sound of typing when I am online.

TV with an on/timer function?

Hi Wolf, I don't know if this will help but back in May/July Virgin altered the settings for the SMTP and POP3 numbers as an upgrade (?) to their e-mail service.
They produced a small program to help with these changes which may still be obtainable at virginmedia.com/cst
or there is more info at virginmedia.com/vmmailwelcome
