Yes, got it on my computer at home (in work at present) it seems to work most of the time,and does speed things up a bit, but images tend to be a bit pixellated due to the compression. I'd give it 7 out of 10...

I had it for a year and then didn't renew it. I'm still on dial-up and didn't really notice that much difference. A bit quicker yes, but broadband speed, definately not.
