missing plug ins

when i go onto this ..http://www.humaxtvportal.com .site
(i have a humax pvr) its say to view this, install missing plug ins, but when i click search it doesn't find any so what do i look in? i have all the flash and shockwave installs

Which browser are you using?

Try 'another' one.

Go to the Adobe website.
Install/check/update Flash and Shockwave players.
Anything else is unnecessary.
'Install missing plugins' CAN be a 'ruse' to get one to install adware .. which no-one wants.

Humax forum (hummy forum) has been closed for a while .. so there may be probs with associated links.

i have to say i've e-mailed humax three times about various things and never had one acknowledgement, i understand this is so with many people that's done the same when looking at various forums,not a good advert for humax !!
