My keyboard has some very useful 'extra' keys, but they won't work when typing answers
into Answerbank; they just obliterate everything and take me back to square one Why ?
prev Anti virus/Internet security.
  
next Printing problem.

Try BOLD, REPLACE and MARK ; all no-go keys. Conventional 'middle-board ' keys give no trouble, so conventian rules, OK ?
