Is there ANY way I can recover a file that I by mistake, deleted from my recycle bin? Is HAS be somewhere in the recessed of my hard drive and I am desperate! Please Help~

Once you delete something, it goes to the recycling bin, which gives you a "second chance" before getting rid of it completely. Once you delete it from here, its gone forever. My advice: You were unlucky this time, in future, back it up on floppy disc or email it to yourself.

Yes! u can recover the file but no s/w installation will help u at this stage. Firstly do not use the harddrive (HDD)(from where the file was deleted). Secondly U need to get in touch with a Data Recovery company. Be prepared to spend some money - they can usually do a 100% recovery even if the HDD is formatted so long as it has not suffered any physical damage. I'm sure there are such companies in your country.
