Using a standard size 12 font like times new roman, how many pages of writing is this?

:/ I can only make a rough guestimate which might be way out. But including a space per word, i'd say on average 5 characters per word, each page holds roughly 500 words. So a standard word document page using size twelve hold a rough guestimate of 2500 characters!?!?! or is that compeltely out?

I usually write in times new roman front size 12, if I CBA to flick through the hundreds of different font there are.

NNOOO, but that's only a couple of spaces per paragraph.

A page is a page. I never usually change margins so was going for as they come, it's only a roughly thing as 4000 characters doesn't mean much to me but saying a page and a half of writing, size 12, does.

1. Open Microsoft Word.
2. Find document of closely typed 'writing'.
3. Click on the 'words' tab on the bottom bar of the word page.
4. Read the stats.
5. Calculate, in your own mind, what implications that has...........

~ 650 on the page I had with ~ 3500 characters, but a lot of gaps between paragraphs where there's only one word on the last line of a paragraph.
