e-mail problem with Gawab

Just started to get this error code ... what does it mean ?
I'm using...
Windows Vista........Windows Mail .......Gawab


The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Testing email', Account: 'pop.gawab.com', Server: 'smtp.gawab.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Dissable SSL for both the incoming and outgoing servers.

The above shows you how to enable SSL, but just take the tick out the boxes instead of ticking them.
