Has anyone ever signed up with a company that pays you to complete surveys on the internet?  Are they any good or is it just a scam?

Yes i have and no it wasn't a scam. I have had the money transferred to my account
I have done it with a couple of different companies. There was only one of them who I thought was genuine and I have been paid from them. It isn't much though.
I've done a few with similar results. Caroline Daniels at NFOCC pays by shopping vouchers. Not a lot of money but quite genuine and they don't pass on your contact details to anyone.

Can someone post a link as I would be interested?

Thanks.

YouGov (http://www.yougov.com/) is quite good - they email you about surveys every so often that you can chose to take part in, possibly for a fee.
yeah - www.ciao.co.uk, I have recieved about 40 all in all from them.
