When I watch programmes on the PC the picture is very stop/start streaming, and I would appreciate your advise on Adobe please.
I`m the one on the bottom with as much brain power.

It's probably your internet connection isn't fast enough to keep up with the stream, try running a speed test on the link below and if your download speed is much below about 3000Kbs then you are likely to get problems with streaming

I ran a speed test and scan and it found 17153 issues slowing my PC down. Should I purchase?

No, don't purchase anything!

9.84 should be more than enough, next posibility is you've not got enough memory in your computer, if you right click on the computer (or my computer) icon and select properties how much RAM does it say you've got?

Do you have the latest flash player installed? Might help if you get the latest version.
