Graphics card dilema

for various resions i require a simple graphics card to run very simple 3d games can anyone tell me which card is better or suggest another for around �40 thanks.

as far as the gfx card is concerned nvidia vs ati is more to personal preference, nvidia i prefer, but have never had an ati so can't really compare, one thing of nvidia though they all share the same drivers (mostly) so u can update ur gfx card time and time again and still get high res with no installation which i think is cool.
