I downloaded this a while ago, but can't get it to work. I've configured my firewalls (ZoneAlarm and Port Monster) and it still won;t work. I'm on a university halls network which prohibits file-sharing software such as Kazaa, could this be the problem?

This is certainly the problem but let me tell you that if you have paid you are better to cancel your subscription anyway as it is the worst site i have ever seen for its lack of customer support and i still can not get mine to run fully after 2 weeks.
