If you are thinking of London,go after september when less crowds, if scenic scotland,between April and September,if you don.t want snow and heavy rain.Enjoy it

I agree that May is a beautiful month.

Everything that might have closed for the winter has reopened by then but the visitor numbers are not as high as they are at the peak of the summer season. We often holiday here in the UK and try to do so in May or June.

If the weather is not a consideration, then there is no good or bad time to visit London as attractions are mostly open all year round.

London is packed all year round now, a great place, but expensive as anything, and yes i do know, my home.

It really depends what you want to do. I live on the coast, we have a wonderful shoreline in the UK.
