What A Day

wish it was half 8 then I can put my feet up. I've been busy cleaning and tidying and cooking and even though been active my sugars have been creeping slowly up. But 9pm to midnight 3 solid hours of TV (my fave shows yay) how has your day been and any plans for this evening?

Hiya Anne, yes everything is ok now. I wasn't at home on Saturday evening so I missed what was happening but all is ok now.

I try Tilly. I learn to switch off from a lot of things or try and block them out until I'm ready to deal with them. I've had a fair amount to deal with recently but I've dealt with a lot of it well but I try hard. Yes still with him...6 months already...started getting things for his Christmas already :)
