I had a pleasant day there off a cruise ship in February: hot but not stifling. Much like the Caribbean, I guess.

I loved Margarita but I've only been once so can't really answer your question. The people are superb!!

I suppose it will be like anywhere in the Carib - about Dec, Jan, Feb, March time
