This web site is UK based, but your append sounds as though it was made by an American.

Depending where you are based makes a great difference to any answer we give.

Are you based in the UK, or somewhere else ?
The place that the travel writers in the Sunday supplements rave about is the Gambia. February and March fall into the dry season, with temperatures at the upper end of your required scale (around 90F).

The country is English-speaking and the flight time is within your limit (assuming, of course, that you're in the UK):

Prices are also generally quite reasonable:

The Canary Islands offer a cheaper alternative, with shorter flight times. Typical temperatures are in the low 70s Fahrenheit:

Thank you UK2008, Can anyone give me information on Dubai and wheres the best place to stay?
Have you thought of Egypt? We stayed on the Red Sea this summer(much too hot then!) but is very warm in the winter.A neighbour has raved about Luxor at Xmas so that should be warm in the New Year. Flying to Taba or Sharm is 5+ hours.
