I would guess that Las Vegas or Reno Nevada are the cheepest places to get married, however if you factor in the airfare, I'll bet it is a tossup.

If you include travel costs in the totals, the cheapest place abroad is undoubtedly the Registry office at Newport, Isle of Wight.
