I once went there in December and it was mild - often cloudy on the coast but about 60 degrees.

I tried it again last year and it was sunny but near freezing when not in the sun, or when a sea breeze blew.

So take a fleece just in case.

hi, it would be mild compared to november in the uk, the first half could be quite warm say upto 23C, but the second half could be a bit grey but mild 19C. probably quite nice for getting around and seeing places, but not really beach weather (for me anyway). also at that time of the year, the risk of rain is greater than in other months.
