Holiday in Turkey

Finally decided to go to Turkey in September. We want self catering so we can try different restaurants. There are 4 of us going, me,hubby and 2 sons aged 20 & 25. We plan to spend the days together but do our own thing in the evenings. If any of you can recommend somewhere to stay i.e. apartments all suggestions will be welcome. TIA

How lively do you want the resort to be?
You can have Marmaris at one end that is boom boom boom, bang bang bang all day and night long or somewhere like Dalyan where we go, where hassling on the street is banned under local law and buildings are not permitted to be more than 2 storeys high.
Beach is a boat trip away but you are next to the Lucyan Tombs and Koycegiz lake with its loggerhead turtles.

we stayed at the kurt apartments in icemeler ,
they were really clean and only a few minutes walk to the town centre which is full of nice restaurants, bars etc. not the quietest of places, but not tacky. we would go again.

Pinewood apartments in Icmeler are great, really friendly ,and Icmeler has loads of restaurants, very good food, with tons of entertainment
