I have to meet someone at Arrivals tomorrow.

Do I park in Business Parking, via Wright Way?

Only if they're paying for it!

Business Parking costs £26:

Use the Terminal 5 Short Stay car park instead. It will be far cheaper!

I'm paying out of my OA Pension!

The map you recommend Buenchico is short on detail so I had a look at Google Earth but I can't spot the Short stay CP. I imagine it will be well signed but wd appreciate guidance as I shall be driving alone and need as many clues as possible.
I've not been there myself but here's the PDF version of the map:

You'll see that the short stay car park is right in front of Terminal 5, so simply follow the 'Terminal 5' signs until you pick up signs for the Short Stay Car Park.

I've collected people from other terminals at Heathrow and I've never had any problems with finding the car parks.

If you just want to stop by and pick up someone, the pick up area in on the departures level. There are quite a few places to stop along there and you could get away with waiting for 10 mins. You can`t stop by at arrivals though. Only buses and airport service vehicles can drive through the tunnel.
