does anybody know if having points on ur lisence will stop u from being able to hire a car in florida? thanx

I don't think it does. My husband had been banned for drink driving many years ago and it has never been questioned.

You could find out by going online to a car hire site (holiday autos or Hertz for example), get a quote and look up their driving licence requirements.

thank u very much. iv just phoned hertz(24hr line). and i'm fine to rent a car aslong as its not points for drink or drug related, and it isnt so yay. lol
