Easyjet Reviews please.......

Ive read no seats allocated, anyone had any probs with this, whats the best time to get to check in to make sure you can all sit together, there is 5 adults and a 2 year old, will my daughter be able to sit with her little one, we are worried about booking with them, please put our minds at rest before i book. xx

I've flown with easyjet, never had a problem with seats, but was never in a party your size! I have however seen them give priority to families with young children and let them get on the aircraft first

flew with easyjet (once) and I must say that the service was excellent all round (better than alot of dearer carriers!!!) but only two of us at the time. I also did see them giving priorites to parties with kids...which is fair enough

If there's trouble available, you will get it with Easyjet.
Never flown them, and never will.
If you must use them, invest in a poachers jacket/coat .. and fill it with your stuff .. bcause they charge like mad for carrying anything more than the clothes your in.

I`ve only flown with Easyjet once and can`t remember to be honest but am I wrong in thinking it`s free-seating? It doesn`t matter what time you check in. You pick your seats when you board the aircraft. As most airlines board people with children first, just make sure you get in there with the pre-boards. You shouldn`t have a problem

AI - before we flew easyjet we were of the same opinion as you, 9from the telly show and bad press) and as such were expecting the worst but...like I said it was all very good indeed.

Only flown with them once and wouldn't again by choice as I'm a nervous flyer. We had to literally run across the tarmac with about 50 other people to try and get seats together but as others have said I'm sure with children you can get priority boarding.

There again .. I suppose I am biased ..
I maintained aircraft in RAF not so long ago .. and I've seen (and understand) how cheap carriers service theirs.
Quantas and Thai International were my favourites not so long ago.

It's a bit like a cheap holiday, isn't it ...
If you pay cheap ... Don't "expect" great service ... you might get it, but only might.

If you have a child under 5 in your party, you are automatically assigned SA boarding passes.

They board in the following order:

SB (speedy boarding)
SA (Special assistance)
Group A
Group B.

You'll be one of the first on the aircraft, so don't worry. x x

A mate flew Aeroflot some years ago ..
A woman had a load of chickens in a pen in the cabin, and some of the seats were not even bolted down.

To be fair Easyjet were quite ok when I flew with them. I think they are OK service wise and safety wise. I wouldn`t say the same about Ryanair though.

we flew easy jet to France with two children and had no problem in either direction. I found them fine to fly with and as you know there is nothing provided, you can take your own or buy stuff on board - I have to say their pepperoni Ciabbatas were delicious.

All of you. They wouldn`t expect your daughter to board on her own. Don`t worry, It`ll be fine.

tbh, itsn't only a 4.5 hour flight? As long as your daughter can sit with her child (and no airline would expect a 2 year old to sit with total strangers!, not to mention the total strangers would most probably rather give up their seat for you than sit next to a random 2 year old), does it really matter if for 4.5 hours you are sitting seperately?
