that's right, rub it in.

I'm squishing myself into noraq's suitcase for a trip to Turkey.

Hope the weather is wonderful and you have a great time. Great part of the UK, have you been to Cornwall before?

Hi albaqwerty..

Sorry, if I was rubbing it in, but can't contain my excitement.

No, never been to Cornwall before. I've heard it's v. nice.
Once met a Cornish lass called Patsy or was it Pasty?
depends what you like....as to any recommendations..
Yes, love it! I've not been to either of those places but I'm sure they are as lovely as the rest of the county. Have a great time!
Pasty McM :)

Just joking muchlove, we drove for hours for a camping holday in Cornwall, The destination made up for the hours and hours of monotony.
Make sure you visit Coverack and Kynance Cove during your week in Penzance...
Cornwall is the most beautiful place in the world. I go every year and I'm hoping to move there eventually.

you'll adore it muchlovex.

I think I will even try a Cornish Pasty when I am there, washed down with my favourite beer or wine.

Boo - yey! can't wait. I know alot of people who have said Cornwall is beautiful. I can't wait to experience it for myself.

Markrae - will take your recommendation - thank you.
It's lovely in Cornwall I wish I could live there, We stay in St Ives when we go, but it is a bit hilly there for us now. There are some lovely places to visit. Hope you have a lovely time and I hope the weather is kind to you. It was always sunny and warm when we stayed there - usually August.x

thank you for your kinds comments. I hope the weather will be nice for us. I am sure we'll take clothes for all weathers. xx
Well Penzance isnt I would say the most attractive town in the county or has the best beaches. Newlyn next door is a little run down as it is a fishing port. However, things going on that side are (i) Marazion and St Michael's Mount castle (Our Brit equivalent of Mont St Michel), the Penlee (Pz) and Newlyn Galleries for their Newlyn School paintings and Marazion too has a lot of little galleries. Newlyn has the most brilliant Cornish ice cream shop run by two old dears (it isn't as sweet as some) - Judds just before you go over the bridge on the right to Mousehole.

Mousehole is really nice, some nice pubs like the Lobster Pot and a wonderful bistro restaurant, 2 Fore St. www.2forestreet.co.uk

Just beyond is the Minack Theatre, an open air theatre on the cliff tops (that's an experience if you are a thespian), and just beyond that, Lamorna Cove.

Marazion has some nice shops and the best pub is a little next village next on towards Helston, the Victoria at Perranuthnoe....good chef and his partner, well she ran front of house for Raymond Blanc. http://www.victoriain...zance.co.uk/index.htm
Bude is full of surfing dudes too, if that floats your boat. Pretty little town. Camping by any chance?
Question Author
thank you for your recommendation as well DTcrosswordfan. Will deffo check out the local pubs and restaurants. Also, I love the theatre xx
Cornwall is fantastic muchlovex! We camp there every year, and couldnt wish for a nicer place to be. If the sun shines, its a big bonus. Have a lovely time x
