Yes.
If you are driving, yes.  Its just a road, no barrier or anything to say that you've changed country
yep. No prob.
There is a train that goes direct from belfast to dublin, called the enterprise. Thats the quickest way in my experience, probably quicker than if you are driving. Requires no i.d whatsoever.
